Location: /New York/Cafes/Breakfast/Pastis
Pastis is a cool place for breakfast or pleasant coffee if you are in this area. As a French bistro their decor is styled very tastefully to go with the culture and the food is never a disappointment. After you have eaten why not take a stroll in the nearby High Line Park and walk off your food!
Pastis is lovely little lunch spot that has great outside seating.
This place is also a lovely late night joint to know about. Offering dinner and supper until very late at night this place does seem to get busier at the end of the night where people get a bit peckish and fancy a late night snack.
A very nice place to come if you want to have a drink but it is mainly food orientated. Quite a place to see and be seen, you may find a few celebrities darted about and the atmosphere is always lively with a great buzz. Their famous Bloody Marys are strong but spicy!
I tend to come here after having drinks and appetisers in Spice Market. My friend wanted a Creme Brulee with our drinks, which I'm not a fan of but after tasting it in here I wanted to order more!!!
Pastis is the sister place to Balthazar that I have also mentioned....both are great!
